Stepwise Elevate is a wellbeing, employment support, social work training, and professional consulting service founded by a senior social work leader with over 20 years’ experience across social care, mental health, safeguarding, commissioning, homelessness services, and health & social care integration.
We support individuals, professionals, organisations, and care providers through calm, ethical, and practical services grounded in real-world experience, professional accountability, and compassion.
Our work spans workforce wellbeing, employment and career support, social work education and supervision, and specialist consulting to improve homelessness pathways, safeguarding practice, and integrated working between health, housing, and social care systems.
Founder & Professional Background
Stepwise Elevate was founded by a Senior Consultant Social Worker currently working within the NHS. The founder combines frontline practice with strategic oversight and brings extensive expertise in legislation, safeguarding, commissioning, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
This includes direct experience working with NHS services, local authorities, safeguarding partnerships, regulatory environments, and provider improvement processes.
This ensures all support and training delivered by Stepwise Elevate is credible, proportionate, and aligned with regulatory and safeguarding expectations.

All services are delivered remotely, ensuring flexibility, accessibility, and confidentiality.

Consultancy Services
Stepwise Elevate provides specialist social work consultancy and homelessness support for service development, redesign, and improvement across statutory and voluntary sector services. This includes establishing or reshaping operational teams such as duty services; strengthening and enhancing integrated teams; developing integrated health and social care assessment pathways; and supporting the design or improvement of homelessness services. We also offer safeguarding consultancy, alongside mental health and Mental Capacity Act–related practice development and advisory support.
Stepwise Elevate can support the design and delivery of pilot initiatives and short-term improvement projects. The level of support is tailored to the scope and complexity of the work, with flexible short-, medium-, and long-term consultancy available to meet organisational needs.

- Concerns may be escalated to appropriate authorities where required
- Safeguarding responsibilities are clearly explained to clients and providers
- Services are non-clinical and advisory in nature
- Training does not replace statutory responsibilities
- Implementation of learning remains the responsibility of the provider
- Stepwise Elevate is not liable for organisational decisions following training
- All training and support must be booked in advance
- Packages are agreed prior to commencement
